The Epson EcoTank ET-3850 is a Wi-Fi Ink Tank Printer that comes with up to 3 years worth of ink in the box. Though the setup process is a bit lengthy, the printer works well and has excellent ink economy, making it suitable for small offices and home printing, scanning, and copying. However, the printer doesn't have a good reputation for photo printing, and its automatic scanner feeder can be a problem. It's compatible with iPads and Mac laptops, but not with sublimation. Furthermore, it has a duplex or 2-sided printing option that needs to be enabled in the printer preference settings. On the positive side, it's an economical solution for saving on ink and reducing plastic waste. Overall, a good purchase for home office printing but not suitable for specialist photo printing or sublimation.
