It's important to only launch in dry, calm conditions and in open spaces away from buildings, airports, and major roads. Keep children at a safe distance at all times. We recommend having water or a fire extinguisher nearby, just in case. Damaged lanterns should never be used, so please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if any issues occur. Using the lanterns is a breeze, especially with a helper.
Remove the lantern from its plastic sleeve, unfold it carefully to avoid tears, and remove the protective sheet from the fuel block. Hold the lantern in an upright position, fully extended, and get your helper to light the fuel block. As the lantern inflates with hot air, guide it, make a wish, and release it into the sky. Please note that the paper material is delicate, and some damage may occur during the logistics process.
