svar: It does come with a small platform, with a small handrail to one side. What I would say is, in hindsight I would have gone for the 1400 instead of the 1200. It's quite tight. -

svar: They vary in diameter. I bought the 1200 mm, should have purchased the next size up, as it's quite tight. It comes with a moulded handrail which you will have to heat up and fit, extremely awkward. But once done, it does its job. They are reasonably priced compared to some. But you get exactly what you pay for. I'm sure this has answered your question. -
