svar: It could be 1:76 (10 to 15 cm) or 1:64 (14 to 20 cm), but I think that it is the smaller end of either. I don't know about 1:36. -

I see from previous reviews that the wheels turn, but would this be suitable as a toy to push from one person to another?
svar: From memory it can be pushed from one to another, but I doubt it is designed for this as it is heavier than plastic ones and the wheels probably don't turn quite so freely as some that are on the market. But it's a good toy and my grandson was delighted with it. Obviously, it runs better on a hard surface. -
