However, there are some issues with the playability of the discs, hit and miss selecting of individual episodes, and missing episode 11 from season 2, which means customers are not getting what they paid for. Additionally, some customers experienced significant difficulties getting subtitles to work and were disappointed by the lack of closed captioning. Despite the issues, the image quality is very good, and the deleted scenes and bloopers are enjoyable.
