    svar: This key switch replaces the 17009A5 ignition switch.

    svar: Yes, this key switch is designed to be compatible with various Mercury models.

    svar: When my switch is in the off position my trim still works. There fore the trim is independent of the switch as far as I can determine.

    svar: Yes I think so. My Merc is fuel injected so I don’t ever choke it but the key does appear to press in to choke.
