The TC Electronics BQ500 is a powerful amp, rated for 500 watts output at 4 ohms minimum. It can drive 4 10-inch speakers, hooked up with 2 - 8 ohm speakers in series and the others in series. It also has an iPhone input and a headphone out. Users have reported that the amp sounds great, has a "super-neutral tone," and is incredibly quiet. However, the 500-watt power rating by TC Electronics is questionable, and it's recommended that users have a speaker that can handle 600 watts RMS at 4 ohms so they can use the bass knob to its fullest extent. The high-mid and high knobs produce "poppy slap" high-end sounds, and the low-mid knob adds growl and presence. The bass knob adds low end and needs to be used carefully.
