While these are normal, one mug had a minute hole, which allowed water to get inside the insulating layer while in the sink. So be careful not to submerge this mug too long. Overall, this is a stylish and functional mug that serves its purpose. It's an excellent addition to your kitchen or office desk, and you can use it for hot or cold drinks.
