Westcott Frame Rulers & Straight Edges Editorial Review
The Westcott CR-18 Zero Centering Ruler receives a mixed response from customers, highlighting both its utility and some issues related to material quality and packaging. Many users appreciate the ruler's zero-centering feature, which simplifies measurements from a common center, making it particularly useful for various crafting projects. The flexible yet sturdy design allows it to adapt to uneven surfaces, adding to its versatility. However, some customers express disappointment with the ruler's thickness, suggesting that it could benefit from a more robust plastic Construction. While many find the ruler's size and functionality suitable for their needs, issues pertaining to its physical integrity upon delivery have been noted. Instances of the ruler arriving bent from inadequate packaging raise concerns about its durability and usability right from the start. Despite these hiccups, customer service experiences appear favorable, with quick resolutions provided for damaged items. Overall, the Westcott CR-18 serves as a handy tool for specific tasks, although potential buyers might want to Consider quality and handling with care during shipping. **
