Answer: No, liner was included, but it works great! It is a far better option than compression socks that are difficult to put on. -

Answer: It shows one of a pair. You need one for each leg. They are one size and interchangeable between legs. It is incomplete as you would require one for each foot, specific for right and one for left. There are also extensions, one for knees and one for thighs. Should be prescribed by a lympho tech in lieu of elastic support.
